Salba Almond Nougat

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups Salba Whole Seeds
1 cup honey
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup almonds, peeled
Cooking Instructions
As the mixture begins to curdle, pour onto a greased baking sheet, kneading the mixture into a square about 1 cm thick.
Quickly toast Salba Whole Seeds and almonds in the oven.
When the mixture hardens, cut into small squares.
In a medium skillet, heat honey over low heat.
Add sugar to honey, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
Store in a clean, dry container.
Mix in almonds and Salba seeds, turning heat off.
