Hearty Salba Meatloaf

A heart-healthy spin on an American comfort food classic.
It's hard to find a healthy recipe with the word "loaf" in it. Typically, "loaf" is a word that's used to disguise mystery meat ingredients. Well, not in this case!
This Salba meatloaf is packed with age-fighting antioxidants, omega-3s that are great for your heart. A true feel-good food.
Serves 8.
Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
4 Tbsp dried, minced onions
3 Tbsp Salba Ground Seed
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
Place in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins, or until meat is no longer pink.
